This opportunity was conceived by Ms. Cheryl Redding while working in upscale restaurants and bar businesses over a 15-year career. Ms. Redding astutely saw the need to exploit an underserved market niche created as Americans look to fulfill their desire for a variety of martini's and supplement traditional hors d'oeurves.In market research for our unique product has shown overwhelming demand and appreciation from a broad base of customerswhich range from liquor distributors, gourmet fod and wine establishments, the gaming industry, gourmet retailers and large national chains. We have not, however, forgotten our roots serving the highest quality product coupled with unique packaging and special order arrangements design. And, unparalleled customer service! We started small with the hopes of building an exemplary business with our principal goal of keeping you, our customer, first and foremost in everything we do at OliveU.
